Deepwell Lane – 77024 – 2021
This beautiful original 1964 home in Hedwig village had been well loved but needed updating. We added 1400 sq ft to create a 4100 sq ft large family home to fit todays lifestyle. For peace of mind we replaced all utilities and mechanical systems, new windows, roof, all insulation and siding, and a complete remodel top to bottom.
Quail Grove – 77079 – 2019
The original plan for this 1970’s property was an interior remodel, but once we started we decided to create a expanded 1st floor with three seperate additons to add a large mud-room/laundry/powder room, a large family room with covered patio and a bigger master bathroom suite with dreamy walk in closet.
The finished product was a 3350 sq ft home with a beautiful entertaining kitchen and family area opening to the outdoor patio overlooking a sparkling pool. A master suite with luxurious bathroom consisting of soaking tub, marble shower and huge walk in closet. The home was given new plumbing, electric and a recirculating tankless water heater.
